If it doesn't land, this isn't your place. That's fine. If it does, keep reading.

The free workshop

What happens
in the room.

This is not a presentation. It's not a panel. I coach real people, live, through real things. The group watches every shift. You don't have to volunteer. But if you do, something will move.

I
Motivational Interviewing

When you volunteer from the group, I go into the problem with you. Not the story you've been telling about it. What is actually happening underneath. Precise questions. Real listening. Somewhere most conversations never reach.

II
A shift of insight

Something becomes clear that wasn't before. Not because I told you what to think. Because you understood your own experience clearly enough that a new perspective became obvious. And it lands in the body, not just the mind.

III
Group recognition

The people watching are neurodivergent too. When they reflect back what they witnessed, it doesn't just help the person being coached. It helps everyone in the room who has been carrying the same thing alone.

IV
An embodiment practice

You leave with one thing to do this week. Not a system. Not a 12-step plan. One practice, built specifically for what just shifted, designed to anchor the change in the nervous system and not just in the notes you'll forget to read.

"By the end, you'll have experienced real coaching. Not just watched it."

One requirement

Your camera must be on for the full session. This is a live space, not a broadcast. The presence of real people is what makes it work. If you're not able to be on camera, this particular format isn't the right fit right now.

For those who receive live coaching: If you volunteer and something genuinely shifts for you during the session, I'll ask if you'd be willing to share a short video or written testimonial in exchange. There's no obligation. If it moved you and you want to say so, I'd be grateful.

Is this for you

You'll know
in about 30 seconds.

This is for you

You've been high-functioning for years and it's starting to cost you more than you're willing to pay
You've spent a lifetime being told you're too much, too sensitive, or just not quite right
You're neurodivergent. Formally diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out
You've done therapy, read the books, tried the strategies. Something is still stuck
You're exhausted from the performance of being a version of yourself that was never real
You're ready to be honest. In a group. About things that actually matter

This is not for you

× You're looking for productivity systems and time management hacks
× You want someone to hand you a roadmap and tell you what to do
× You're not willing to be on camera or be seen by the group
× You need clinical mental health support. This is coaching, not therapy
× You're not neurodivergent and aren't coming with genuine curiosity and respect for this space
Before you decide

A few things
worth saying out loud.

I don't have a large following.

I'm not built for daily content. I never have been. I post when something is actually worth saying. That means my follower count is small. What I do have is a knack for coaching people to positively shift their perspective, live. That's where my energy goes.

This specific offering is new.

I've been facilitating, performing, and coaching for years. In corporate rooms. On stages. One-on-one, with people wanting to express their truth but didn't know how. Unmasked is the first time I've built something specifically for neurodivergent people. Because I would have loved this kind of help years ago.

I'm more than a coach.

Performer. Director. Video producer. Artist. I come from creative expression, not psychology. I've spent just as much time doing the inner work most people avoid as I have helping others do it. The two aren't separate. You'll be guided by someone who walks their talk.

About Dexter
Dexter Ico

Some people coach.
Dexter facilitates self-coaching.

I help people close the gap between who they are privately and how they actually show up. On stage. On camera. In the conversations that define their lives.

My roots are in performance, songwriting, filmmaking, and corporate facilitation. For over a decade I've worked at the intersection of expression, presence, and inner alignment. I don't tell people what to do. I ask: how are you, right now, and why?

I'm neurodivergent. I've spent years masking in rooms that weren't built for how I actually work. This workshop is built from that experience.

Questions

Things people
want to know.

Do I have to participate, or can I just watch? +
You never have to volunteer, but your camera must be on because your presence matters for others. Most people find that watching someone else get coached on something that resonates moves them just as much as being coached themselves. Come as you are.
I'm not sure I'm neurodivergent. Can I still come? +
Yes. This will help in your self-discovery. That uncertainty is welcome here. Being unsure is a valid answer on the questionnaire.
Is this therapy? +
No. This is coaching. We work with your experience, your insight, and your capacity to shift. I'm not a therapist and not providing clinical treatment. If you're in a mental health crisis, please prioritise clinical support first. Coaching and therapy can work alongside each other, but they're different things.
Why is the free workshop limited to 50 people? +
Because group coaching only works when the group is small enough for real connection and psychological safety. More than 50 turns it into a broadcast. I'd rather do this well than do it at scale.
What's the difference between The Group Intensive and The 1:1 Intensive? +
The Group Intensive is 12 people working through this together over 6 weeks. Part of what makes it powerful is what happens in the shared space. The 1:1 Intensive is private. Deeper access, faster movement, and full focus on your specific experience.
Can I apply The Deep Dive toward the 1:1 Intensive? +
Yes. If you book a single Deep Dive session and then decide to continue with the full 1:1 Intensive, the $250 applies toward the package.
Will the workshop be recorded? +
Coaching sessions within the group will not be distributed publicly out of respect for participants. If you volunteer and something shifts for you, I may ask if I can use a short clip for social proof. That conversation happens with you directly, and the answer is always yours to give.
