A free, 90-minute live group workshop for neurodivergent people who are exhausted from being someone they're not.
June 10 & June 11 at 7PM EST · Limited to 50 people · Free
If it doesn't land, this isn't your place. That's fine. If it does, keep reading.
This is not a presentation. It's not a panel. I coach real people, live, through real things. The group watches every shift. You don't have to volunteer. But if you do, something will move.
When you volunteer from the group, I go into the problem with you. Not the story you've been telling about it. What is actually happening underneath. Precise questions. Real listening. Somewhere most conversations never reach.
Something becomes clear that wasn't before. Not because I told you what to think. Because you understood your own experience clearly enough that a new perspective became obvious. And it lands in the body, not just the mind.
The people watching are neurodivergent too. When they reflect back what they witnessed, it doesn't just help the person being coached. It helps everyone in the room who has been carrying the same thing alone.
You leave with one thing to do this week. Not a system. Not a 12-step plan. One practice, built specifically for what just shifted, designed to anchor the change in the nervous system and not just in the notes you'll forget to read.
One requirement
Your camera must be on for the full session. This is a live space, not a broadcast. The presence of real people is what makes it work. If you're not able to be on camera, this particular format isn't the right fit right now.
For those who receive live coaching: If you volunteer and something genuinely shifts for you during the session, I'll ask if you'd be willing to share a short video or written testimonial in exchange. There's no obligation. If it moved you and you want to say so, I'd be grateful.
This is for you
This is not for you
I'm not built for daily content. I never have been. I post when something is actually worth saying. That means my follower count is small. What I do have is a knack for coaching people to positively shift their perspective, live. That's where my energy goes.
I've been facilitating, performing, and coaching for years. In corporate rooms. On stages. One-on-one, with people wanting to express their truth but didn't know how. Unmasked is the first time I've built something specifically for neurodivergent people. Because I would have loved this kind of help years ago.
Performer. Director. Video producer. Artist. I come from creative expression, not psychology. I've spent just as much time doing the inner work most people avoid as I have helping others do it. The two aren't separate. You'll be guided by someone who walks their talk.
I help people close the gap between who they are privately and how they actually show up. On stage. On camera. In the conversations that define their lives.
My roots are in performance, songwriting, filmmaking, and corporate facilitation. For over a decade I've worked at the intersection of expression, presence, and inner alignment. I don't tell people what to do. I ask: how are you, right now, and why?
I'm neurodivergent. I've spent years masking in rooms that weren't built for how I actually work. This workshop is built from that experience.
The free workshop is a real experience. But if something shifts and you want to keep going, there are three ways to continue.
All prices in USD.
Honest writing about what it means to be neurodivergent in a world that wasn't built for us. What it costs to keep masking. And what becomes possible when you stop. When I have something worth saying, it goes here.
