Mission

More than a coach

I help people close the gap between who they are privately and how they actually show up; in the conversations that matter, under the pressure that reveals everything.

This work isn't about performing better. It's about honesty in the moment.

The expression that flows from that kind of alignment is different. People feel it. It moves things.

02
Who I Serve

I work with two kinds of people

Leaders, founders, and creatives who know something is getting in the way; not more strategy, not more information, but a pattern that keeps showing up when the stakes are real.

And neurodivergent people who are exhausted from being a version of themselves that was never real. High-functioning, well-researched, deeply self-aware, and still stuck.

Both groups need the same thing: not advice. Honest inquiry that produces its own shift.

03
Approach

Experiential. Embodied. Direct.

Most coaching talks about change. This work produces it.

I create conditions where you face the exact thing that's been stopping you — visibility, pressure, expression, performance — and move through it with guided support. Not by thinking your way through it. By going through it.

The result is a physical reference point your nervous system didn't have before. That's what makes it stick.
04
Roots

Where this comes from

A tough immigrant and religious upbringing as a Gen-Xer. Strong family and community values. Also, I come from the world of creative expression — performance, songwriting, filmmaking, corporate facilitation. I've spent just as much time in the shadows doing the inner work most people avoid.

That balance between awareness and identity, art and business defines my style. I bring an authoritative instinct for presence and the coach's ear for what's actually being said underneath the words.

05
Identity vs. Embodiment

Knowing who you are
isn't the same as living it

Most people have a clear picture of who they want to be. What they're missing is the embodied experience of actually being that person under pressure.

Identity is the map. Embodiment is walking the terrain.

If you feel the pull toward deeper work, the kind that liberates your voice and your vision, I'd be honoured to help.
