This isn't therapy. It's a guided group process built on one premise: you didn't think your way into that contraction. You won't think your way out of it.
The distance you feel in your relationships, in your work, in rooms where you should feel at home. That distance is the gap between who you are and how you actually show up. It's not a personality flaw. It's a pattern.
And it changes through one thing: going through it, with support, in conditions real enough to activate it. Session by session, the gap begins to close. And so does the distance between you and the people, the work, and the life you've been reaching toward.

If you're on the fence, that's fine. Most people are before they start. The question isn't whether you're ready. It's whether you're willing. Those are different things.
The Process
Each session opens with inquiry. Dexter asks questions designed to surface the real thing, not the story you've rehearsed, but what's underneath it. The group hears you. You hear yourself. Something you've been carrying privately gets spoken out loud, and it stops having the same hold on you.
Week 01
Naming what actually stops you, and why. You identify your specific pattern under pressure and understand what's happening in the body when you shrink, go quiet, or disconnect.
Week 02
Presence, breath, and how you take up space. You can't think your way into presence. This session is entirely physical and embodied, and it changes something that talking never does.
Week 03
Saying what you mean without apology. Finding the tone, pace, and authority that's actually yours. Not the version you perform when you're nervous, but the one underneath.
Week 04
Showing up as your real self under conditions that used to shrink you. Direct conversation in pairs. Accountability that holds. The group has your pattern now, and they won't let you hide it.
Week 05
This is where the room changes. The people in it have seen you in the work. They know the real one. For many, this is the first space they've felt genuinely met. That's not a side effect. It's proof.
Week 06
Each person names what has shifted and what they're taking forward. New practices. New commitments. A clearer identity. Not a finish line but a foundation. You leave with a self you can actually build on.
Each participant receives two 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions with Dexter, scheduled flexibly within the 6 weeks. For what the group container isn't the right space for.
Short reflective practices, 20 to 30 minutes each week. Not homework. Invitations to keep living differently between sessions so the shifts don't stay in the room.
What Shifts
This isn't a mindset shift. It's a recalibration of identity. Who you know yourself to be, and how that person moves through the world and connects with the people in it.
